Unbelievable experience I’ve had in the past three weeks I’ve learned more than I have in past two years. What a great company. 5 Stars - I'm only a little over a week in with Guitar Zoom Academy, and I love that I'm able to integrate my lessons into my busy work day easily. I was also very curious how well a Zoom async video would work for me, and they've been great. I decided to truly go back to basics on skills like strumming and Steve's explanations, pacing, and technique simplification have already closed a ton of learning gaps for me. Very happy here and looking forward to getting involved in the community.

I've made more strides in the last couple of months than in the last 5 years. Maybe longer if I'm honest. The community yu've built is incredible. The sheer depth of resources, encouragement, instruction is much more than I ever expected. Thanks to everyone.

After only 2 weeks I can already see significant improvement in my discipline, interest and certainly practice quality just from having a good mentor who keeps me on track and has great suggestions along the way.

I've seen improvement in my skills and I expect to acheieve my goals by the end of 2025. The instructors are all very very good and the live classes are equally as good. I have nothing but praises to all of you at guitar Zoom.

Im not being pushed to learn, im being encouraged to learn. There is a difference.. I like that Im not on a time schedule and i can stay on any topic as long as I want. THEN there is stuff that is as advanced as I will ever want to go, but im not rushed to get there... Im looking at this as a marathon not a sprint. I waited a LONG time to get the guitars I wanted and even longer for a program that made it simple to learn. I tried local teachers, and other online courses. this one seems to be the most thought out and easiest to grasp....

im a true believer in this academy. what it has done for my knowledge is off the chart and my playing skill has increased greatly but way short of my goal. im finally starting to get used to playing around folks, even if its over the computer, i can see a path to getting out on an open night sooner than later thx scotty

Over the past 4 months I've learned an incredible amount o different from going to a site and watching note-for-note videos and following a tab. Now I actually understand what's going on and can recall notes or chords of a song when I haven't played it before - couldn't do that before just memorizing a tab. Travel for work can make it tough to stay focused on progressing, but I love the accountability and encouragement

So impressed with the wealth of knowledge accumulated here. I do feel like I am in music school with some very patient and talented teachers and students. Trying hard to shake my long established poor study habits and get the most out of this opportunity to finally make some major improvements to my playing and understanding of the guitar. One month in, eleven months to go 😁

I love it! Five stars for sure. It’s a very intimate format and I feel like there’s definitely a personal connection that is lost in online videos. I feel comfortable asking for input or posting a question and I get good answers every time. I don’t feel like I have to search the Internet to find answers to questions that I’ve had for a long time. I’m making amazing progress.

Definitely one of the best investments I have ever made in my life. Investing in myself this time. Love the courses, love the instructors, there’s plenty of interaction and always one on one help if you need it. I’ve been a member for approximately six weeks and my playing has already improved probably by 30 or 40%, and my knowledge by 100%. Every day I can’t wait to get home and get in the open rooms and see what’s going on and learn something new, and I spend almost every evening in the classroom working on something. The community of members is awesome, we’re all getting to know a little about each other now and we all help each other every day. Thank you Dan and Steve and all the instructors for everything.
